Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by The Creative Lab.
 

At The Creative Lab, we aim to provide high-quality digital services including social media management, content creation, and ad management. Since these services require time, planning, and resource allocation from the moment an order is confirmed, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
 

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for monthly packages, custom services, or creative work are non-refundable.

  • Once the service period has started or work on your project has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This includes:
    ✔ Creative work
    ✔ Content planning
    ✔ Ad setup
    ✔ Strategy development
    ✔ Third-party tool usage
     

2. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their subscription or monthly service at any time.

  • However, the cancellation becomes effective from the next billing cycle.

  • The current month’s payment will not be refunded regardless of usage or progress.
     

3. Ad Spend Refunds

  • Ad budgets are paid directly to Meta / Facebook / Instagram / Google.

  • The Creative Lab does not control refunds for ad spend.

  • Any billing issues related to ad platforms must be resolved directly with those platforms.
     

4. Delays or Non-Delivery Due to Client Inputs
 

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Late submission of brand materials

  • Missing instructions

  • Delayed approvals

  • Incomplete content

  • Change in requirements
     

Such delays will extend project timelines, not trigger cancellations.
 

5. Project Pauses

If a client wishes to "pause" services:

  • A pause is allowed for up to 15 days with written notice.

  • Longer pauses require a new agreement or recharge of the next cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for paused months.
     

6. Miscommunication or Disputes

In case of disputes:

  • Both parties agree to communicate calmly and professionally.

  • If unresolved, mediation will be attempted before any legal action.

  • Refunds will not be applicable under dispute scenarios.
     

7. Acceptance of This Policy

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
